THE PECOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL MEET IN REGULAR SESSION ON MONDAY, APRIL 28, 2025, AT 10:00 A.M. IN THE COUNTY COURTROOM, PECOS COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 103 W. CALLAGHAN, FORT STOCKTON, TEXAS.
AGENDA:
1. Prayer.
2. Public Comments on Agenda Items.
3. Court to consider and/or act upon approving Minutes of Previous Meeting(s).
4. Court to consider and/or act upon Proclaiming May as Older Americans Month. (Presentation by Texas A&M AgriLife Extension).
5. Court to consider and/or act upon donating Portable Radios to Sanderson Fire Department, no longer operable with Pecos County System.
6. Court to consider and/or act upon accepting Donation from Pecos County State Bank, for the Imperial Public Library Summer Reading Program. ($100.00)
7. Court to consider and/or act upon request from Chief Juvenile Probation Officer, for out of state travel to Ruidoso, New Mexico. (West Texas Juvenile Chiefs Association).
8. Court to consider and/or act upon approving Quote for Xerox Machine for the Tax Assessor/Collector.
9. Court to consider and/or act upon entering into agreement with CapRisk to prepare Pecos County’s GASB75 Valuations through 2029.
10. Court to consider and/or act upon approving additional items submitted to the 4-H Auction, held Saturday, April 5, 2025.
11. Court to consider and/or act upon approving request for Unclaimed Property Capital Credits for Counties, to be utilized for approved Programs.
12. Court to consider and/or act upon request from Brazos Delaware Gas, LLC to bore beneath Trailer House Rd, in Precinct #4, for a Natural Gas Line. (between Sec. 18 & 32, Blk. 8, H&GN RR Co Survey).
13. Court to consider and/or act upon a request from the City of Fort Stockton to cut Road (4024 N. Jackson), in Precinct #4, for a Sewer Tap.
14. Court to consider and/or act upon approving Proposal from Exerplay Inc, for Precinct 3, Iraan Splash Pad.
15. Court to consider and/or act upon allowing Precinct 3 to Amend Budget to install Water Meters. (Work not completed in 2024.)
16. Court to consider and/or act upon approving re-allocation of County Attorney Office salaries to comply with Grant requirements (no new funds or increase in budget).
17. Court to consider and/or act upon approving Inter-local Agreement with City of Fort Stockton regarding ‘Old Nursing Home’ property.
18. Court to award bid for Depository Contract for Pecos County, Trust Funds, Bid was received and opened at the Pecos County Auditor’s Office by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 16, 2025.
19. Court to award Bid for Sub-Depository Contract for Pecos County J.P. Pct #3, J.P., Pct #6, Pct #3, and Tax Assessor/Collector Pct #3. Bid was received and opened at the Pecos County Auditor’s Office by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 16, 2025.
20. Court to Consider/Discuss/approve City/County of Pecos authorization to issue requests for proposals for administrative services (RFP) as a disaster recovery management service provider to complete application and project implementation and requests for qualifications (RFQ) for engineering services for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Public Assistance (PA)/Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA) funding administered by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Texas Division of Emergency Management and/or Texas Water Development Board.
21. Court to consider and/or act upon Predator Control Report from USDA-APHIS Wildlife Services.

B. Court to consider and/or approve payment of County Overtime.
